Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, place the ground beef and gently break it up with your hands.
  • Divide the meat into four equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and then flatten it into a patty about 3/4 inch thick.
  • Using your thumb, create a small dip in the center of each patty.
  • Evenly sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper over the patties.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Carefully place the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they have ample space.
  • Air fry the patties for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  • About 2-3 minutes before the burgers are done, toast the hamburger buns in the air fryer.
