Ingredients

Dough and Sauce

  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce For dipping

Fillings

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Gooey and delicious
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, diced Can be substituted with other fillings

  • 1 spray cooking spray or olive oil For crispiness

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares (about 3 inches).
  • Place mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and a teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
  • Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket and seal the edges tightly.
  • Lightly spray or brush the rolls with cooking spray or olive oil.
  • Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Add garlic powder to the dough for extra flavor, or substitute different fillings. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
