Ingredients

For the Wraps

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced pickles
  • ½ small red onion, finely chopped (optional)

For the 'Big Mac' Sauce

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Break it into crumbles and cook until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
  • Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together all sauce ingredients until smooth. Adjust to taste; refrigerate while assembling wraps.
  • Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.

Assembly

  • Spread a spoonful of sauce on each tortilla.
  • Add cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onion, layering them beautifully.
  • Drizzle more sauce on top.
  • Fold into a burrito-style wrap.
  • Optionally, toast seam-side down in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.

Notes

For a healthier version, consider using lean turkey or chicken, whole grain tortillas, or Greek yogurt in the sauce. Store unassembled wraps in the freezer for up to 3 months.
