For the Crunch

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until thickened.
  • Fold in whipped topping and 2 tbsp caramel sauce. Set aside.
  • Wash, slice, and prepare the fruit. Toss apples in a little lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Combine strawberries, apples, grapes, banana slices, and marshmallows in a large bowl.
  • Gently fold the cheesecake filling into the fruit until fully coated.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle with toffee bits and drizzle extra caramel over the top.

Notes

For optimal freshness, best consumed the same day. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Freezing is not recommended.
