Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes.
  • Drain excess fat and add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in frozen mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in beef broth and simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Cut each biscuit in half and mix melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl.

Baking

  • Pour the beef mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Arrange biscuit halves over the top, cut side up.
  • Brush each biscuit with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the biscuits.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
  • Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
