Instructions

Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a light dusting of flour.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the chicken. Sear each side until golden brown for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken and set it aside.

Cooking

  • In the same pan, add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, sautéing them until fragrant.
  • Sprinkle in the smoked paprika, oregano, and red chili flakes, letting the aromas mix.
  • Pour in the chicken stock and return the chicken to the pan, allowing it to simmer for about 15 minutes.
  • Once the chicken is fully cooked, stir in the single cream and grated parmesan cheese, bringing everything to a gentle simmer.
  • Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Once al dente, drain and add to the creamy sauce, tossing to coat.
  • Finish with ground black pepper, flaky salt, and sugar for balance.

Serving
