Ingredients

Dough and Filling

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5" circle.
  • Add 1 tsp of sauce, 3–4 pepperoni slices, and a pinch of mozzarella to the center of each circle.
  • Fold up the edges and pinch tightly to seal each ball.
  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning; brush each bomb with this mix.
  • Optional: Sprinkle each bomb with grated Parmesan.

Baking

  • Bake for approximately 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Allow them to cool for a few minutes, then garnish with parsley or basil.
