Ingredients

For the Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef Provides the heart of the dish.

For the Bombs

  • 1 16 oz can refrigerated biscuit dough Creates the perfect shell.
  • ¼ cup melted butter Adds rich flavor and ensures a golden finish.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder For topping to enhance aroma.
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds a crunchy topping.
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional) For garnish.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, then drain excess fat.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Open and separate the biscuit dough, flatten each biscuit into a 4- to 5-inch circle.

Assembly

  • Place about a tablespoon of the cooked beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Top with cheese, then fold the dough up and seal.
  • Arrange bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush melted butter mixed with garlic powder over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Serving

  • Allow to cool slightly and sprinkle with parsley if desired. Serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

Consider adding diced pickles or jalapeños to the beef mixture for extra flavor. You can also use different cheeses for more cheesiness.
