Instructions

Preparation

  • Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to package instructions until pliable yet cool.
  • Flour your work surface and roll out the pastry into a slightly larger rectangle.
  • In a bowl, combine goat cheese, chopped walnuts, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper until creamy.

Assembly

  • Slice the puff pastry into small squares or rectangles.
  • Spoon the goat cheese mixture onto the center of each pastry piece.
