Instructions

Preparation

  • Husk the corn and remove all silk threads. Rinse each ear under cool water to eliminate any lingering silk, then pat dry thoroughly.
  • In a small saucepan or a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter until creamy and fully liquid. Stir in the buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high, aiming for a temperature around 375 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the husked corn directly on the grill grates and grill for 10 to 12 minutes, turning every 2 to 3 minutes.
  • After removing the hot corn from the grill, brush generously with the prepared buffalo butter sauce.

Serving

  • Sprinkle on your choice of optional toppings like fresh chopped herbs or cheese immediately after saucing. Serve right away for the best taste and juiciness.

Notes

Ensure the grill is preheated, turn the corn frequently, and brush the sauce on hot corn straight after grilling for maximum flavor. Can also offer a toppings bar for guests to customize their corn.
