Ingredients

Base

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits, crushed)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened Bring to room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Sweetened just right

Topping

  • 1 cup caramel sauce Homemade or store-bought for convenience
  • ½ cup chocolate ganache Or melted chocolate for a rich twist
  • ½ cup crushed shortbread cookies To add a delightful crunch
  • sea salt flakes Optional, for a gourmet finish

Instructions

Make the Base

  • Combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Chill the crust while you prepare the filling.

Prepare Filling

  • Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
  • Spread the filling over the chilled crust.

Chill

  • Place the cheesecake in the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Add Toppings

  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake.
  • Top with chocolate ganache and sprinkle with crushed shortbread.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt flakes if desired.

Serve & Enjoy
