Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh ripe pineapple, chopped into bite-sized pieces Use fresh pineapple for the best flavor.
  • 1 can creamy coconut milk (13.5 oz)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice Adds a zesty brightness.
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey or your preferred natural sweetener, adjust based on taste.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by placing your chopped pineapple, coconut milk, lime juice, and honey in a blender. Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture becomes completely smooth, with no chunks remaining.
  • Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling them just to the top—leave a little space for expansion as they freeze.
  • Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. Ensure they’re centered and upright.
  • Place the molds in your freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours or until they’re completely firm.
  • When you’re ready to enjoy your popsicles, briefly run the molds under warm water to loosen them. Gently pull the popsicles out.

Notes

Chill your ingredients for a creamier texture. You can experiment with different molds and fruits.
