Instructions

Preparation

  • Slice the boneless, skinless chicken breasts horizontally to create four thin cutlets.

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Grill the chicken cutlets for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until cooked through and nicely charred.
