Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Remove the kernels from the ears of corn and place them in a large bowl.

  • Gradually add lime juice and stir until the sauce is smooth.
  • Add the fresh corn kernels to the sauce and toss to coat.
  • Spread the coated corn mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
