Instructions

Prep the Fruit

  • Wash and slice all fruit. Place in a large bowl, letting the vibrant colors mix and mingle.

Make the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and zest until combined.

Combine & Toss

  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss until everything is beautifully coated.

Chill (Optional)

  • To allow the flavors to blend, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Serve

  • Top with chopped mint if using, and serve cold for the ultimate summer refreshment.
