Ingredients

Wrap Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 cup leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup leftover green beans
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded leftover turkey
  • 1 cup leftover cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup leftover stuffing
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar
  • 1/2 cup gravy, warmed, for serving

Instructions

Preparation

  • Spread 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes in the center of each tortilla.
  • Layer on the green beans, then the shredded turkey, followed by cranberry sauce, stuffing, and shredded white cheddar.
  • Fold the tortillas around the center to create pleats that hold everything together.
  • In a medium nonstick pan over medium heat, heat a small amount of vegetable oil.
  • Set each crunchwrap seam-side down into the oil, cooking until the bottom is golden and crisp, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Flip the crunchwraps and cook on the other side for another 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Cut each crunchwrap in half and serve warm with gravy.

Notes

For a healthier version, use low-fat ingredients and whole-grain tortillas. Freeze leftovers and reheat for the best texture.
