  • Cube the Watermelon – Begin by cutting your chilled watermelon into neat bite-sized cubes.
  • Season – Sprinkle Tajín or cracked black pepper lightly over the cubes.
  • Assemble – Thread 3–4 watermelon cubes onto each skewer or stick.
  • Garnish – Drizzle with fresh lime juice and top each cube with a cilantro or mint leaf.
  • Chill & Serve – Keep your skewers in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

These watermelon bites are versatile; feel free to add other fruits like mango or pineapple for more flavor. Store leftovers tightly wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator or freeze for later.
