Instructions

Preparation

  • Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 4–5 minutes or place them in a 350°F oven for 7–8 minutes, then let cool.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring after each burst until smooth.
  • Stir in the toasted pecans, dried cranberries, and vanilla extract (if using) until evenly coated.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top while the chocolate is wet, if desired.
  • Chill the clusters in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, or until firm.

Notes

These clusters can be customized by using low-sugar or dairy-free chocolate and different types of nuts.
