Ingredients

For the Cauliflower

  • 1 large head cauliflower (leaves trimmed, core intact)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Spicy Sriracha Honey Glaze

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 medium lime, juiced (optional for brightness)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
  • Rinse and pat the cauliflower dry. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub to coat evenly.

Roasting

  • Place the cauliflower head in the dish. Roast for 35–40 minutes uncovered, until tender and golden on the edges.
  • In a bowl, mix honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and butter until smooth.

Glazing

  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven. Brush generously with the spicy glaze. Return to the oven for another 10–15 minutes, basting once more halfway through.

Serving

  • Remove when deeply golden and sticky. Garnish with chopped cilantro, green onions, sesame seeds, or lime wedges.

Notes

Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at a low temperature or an air fryer for best results.
